CCS/BQ40Z60: How to configure 'SOC Flag Config A'?

As I saw 'SOC Flag Config A' description of manual reference document, I notice there are different basis to set or clear TC, TD, FC and FD flags. But can I use two basis to set TC flag for example using cell voltage threshold and RSOC threshold at the same time? Same question for TD, FC and FD.

Hi Emma,

You can use one threshold for set of TC, TD, FC, or FD. You cannot use both. The reason for this is either you choose voltage thresholds or RSOC thresholds that make sense for your appllication. If it's a high load, high cycle rate application using the RSOC thresholds is advised simply because of battery degradation. Otherwise you can use voltage thresholds.
