TPS22971: TPS22971 Turn on minimum time

Hi Sir,

Our Customer want to survey the Load switch Turn on minimum time is zero. (EN connect to VIN remove CT)

Could you please share the device for me?

    Thanks for reaching out on E2E!

    Can you clarify the term "survey". Does the customer want to know the load switch turn-on time when EN is connected to VIN?

    If so, then the rise time of the load switch will ultimately depend on the slew rate of the input supply. The device will turn on when the voltage on the ON/EN pin crosses VIH.  Since this is the case, a slower input source could ramp slower until the voltage reaches the VIH level. A faster input PSU could ramp to VIH quicker. 

    Once the voltage crosses VIL, the input will ramp up normally as spec'd in the datasheet.

    Hi Arthur,

    Our Customer is used the NCP45520 now, but if EN connect to VIN, then It's possible no Vout issue.

    So, they are want to use TI solution, 

    If schematic as below, any risk on Vout ?

    I don't see any issue using the device in the drawn configuration. What is your load capacitance?
