Thanks for reaching out on E2E!

There is no maximum value of the CT capacitor. However, keep in mind that by slowing down the rise time, the load capacitance + inrush current will be dissipated across a longer period of time, which could cause the device to exceed it's maximum junction temperature.

If you can provide me with more details regarding the operating conditions, I could recommend a CT value.

my output load capacitor is about 700uF

and ambient temperature is 70

could you help to calculate the max mun value on CT

and how much is the inrush current ?
