Hello,

I was looking for technical information on this part (TPS65381A-Q1) on the TI technical documents site. At the bottom there are links to Gallium Nitride innovations in the Technical articles section. Does  TPS65381A-Q1 use GaN FETs? is this the case for all TI PMIC?
