BQ27GDK000EVM: Collecting fuel gauge data during charge/discharge cycles, long-term, multiple batteries/gauges

Part Number: BQ27GDK000EVM

I need to automate a long-term charge/discharge cycle, fuel gauge data collection station for multiple batteries. It appears that using a BQ27GDK000EVM and bqStudio could get me up and running quickly. But is that the best option? Can I connect more than one BQ27GDK000EVM to a single PC to collect data on multiple batteries? Would bqStudio support logging for more than one battery at a time?
