Hi Jerry!
In order to specify a single port output, ground the SENX pin and leave the GATEX pin floating for each unused port. DRAINX pins can be left open or grounded, leaving open may slightly reduce power consumption. More information on unused ports can be found in Section 8.2.2 of the TPS23861 datasheet and Section 8.3 has an example of an unused port system.
