I would like to use the lp8556 with the following configurations:
Vin = 2.9 - 4.2VDC
Vout = 10 white Leds in series per channel, 28 - 34VDC
4 Channels active with 32.5mA per Channel (two times 2 of them connected, driving 2x 10 white leds at 65mA each)
the following configurations worked on the evaluation board but not on our prototype using the same hardware components:
Using these settings on our prototype, the led-driver reports an overcurrent condition and shuts down the led-channels.
Do you see any issue with the LP8556 supporting this application? Or is there a configuration that could fit this application better?
