TLV62568A: I am looking for buck dc/dc that suits for RF 2.4Ghz application (WIFI/BLE)

Is the max allowable switching frequency 350kHz only? Or 350kHz is the minimum Fsw?

Do you have other concern such as efficiency target, solution area, transient load response, etc.?

switching frequency should be around 350Khz but if you have other frequency that works well with RF application of 2.4Ghz it should be OK.

about other concern, we don't have something special but of course, the efficiency the higher the better.

Hi Shai,

Buck converter with operating frequency of 350kHz will require a big output inductor and capacitors so it will occupy large area. Anyway, TLV62568A is a good option considering the max Fsw is less than 1.4MHz for the entire Vin and load range if your application does not have any concern with that switching frequency range.

This application is super cost-sensitive since is for automotive aftermarket sector (consumer), please let me know if you think about other candidates that meet these requirements, prefer package such as SOTxxx type of package.
