Which TI Fuel gauge to use?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ27Z561

How do you do,

I am designing a circuit with a Li-ion battery. As I am new to battery fuel gauges I ask for your help with choosing the right one.

The battery is non-replacable 1s Li-ion battery with a maximoom voltage of 4.35V.  The system connected to the battery has a minimal consumption of  3uA, nominal is 1.3mA and maximal (only for a moment or two) of 2.5A.

The IC I am looking for has to have an ability to charge the battery and if possible wake up when the user applies power to the circuit. The IC also has to have the ability of delivering information about the battery voltage or battery capacity percentage to the microcontroller. The IC is required to have low power consumption as this is a low power circuit. It is also desirable for it to have a low cost.

In case I forgot to specify any important requirements or circuit information, do feel free to ask for it.

Thank you sincerely,
