TPS548D22: OCP latch time tolerance

Hi, Team,

For TPS548D22 OCP latch time, the customer board result is 1.2ms after vout short with SS=4m configuration. Do you have tolerance spec for this?

Satoshi,

I assume you are referring to the UVP latch time. The OCP is cycle by cycle, not latched. Let me see if there is any min and max data.

The delay time appears to be quantized. Either 0.99 msec or 1.07 msec, so there is not a statistical deviation. 1.2 msec does not seem to be a possible result. Can you post the waveform?

Satoshi,

It is Under Voltage Protection, not Over Current Protectiom, so the time delay starts when Vout falls to 68% typical;
