TPS61280: Help recommend the right IC, or new Device：a battery for silicon anode materials，This battery must be used with an IC with bypass function.

Thanks for asking. I'm a little confused about your requirements. May you help to check below:

1. Vin from 2.5-4.4V, Vout>=3.5V. It's not matter if Vout higher than 3.5V, right?

2. TPS61256 is fixed 5V output voltage. I afraid there may no 3.5V Vout version.

The Vin voltage is 2.5-4.4V, the system needs a stable Vout voltage higher than 3.5V, and the output current does not exceed 1A;

So we want a battery front-end boost, the battery voltage is higher than 3.5V bypass

This battery must be used with an IC with bypass function，Is the TPS61280 is the best one?

Have you checked what I mentioned before? If it's right, then you can use TPS61280.

If you could confirm the precise load condition, we might have better choice, which the current limit is not so large.
