Dear all:
After the production of 35PCS and the debugging and testing OK, the assembly found that the MCU initialization failed and stayed on the communication failure of BQ40Z80.
The MCU program was erased, and the EV2300 tool was used to communicate with BQ40Z80. BQ40Z80 was successfully activated by pressing the button, and the output power of each IO foot of BQ40Z80 was normal on average. It was found that communication was indeed unable,The host computer displays the following status:
Then, the firmware program of BQ40Z80 was burned again, and the upper computer suggested that the device could not be found.as follow:
Seven pieces of this fault have appeared, and another four pieces have appeared after the chip is replaced and assembled. The actual production is 35PCS, and the cumulative damage is 12PCS, and the failure rate has reached 35%.
