TPS25982: Current limit under 2A

Hi team,

My customer wants to set 0.8A to the current limit. Datasheet says the range of current limit is 2A - 15A in first page.

Does this current limit work correctly? How much accuracy do you estimate at 0.8A?

I have checked TPS2595, but the input requirement is up to 24V. So, TPS25982 and TPS2660 are candidate.

Hi Rakesh,

Customer finally decided to use TPS2660 for 0.8A current limit. You don't need to investigate the current limit accuracy at 0.8A for TPS25982.

So, Is it okay to close this thread?
