Dear sir:
Are the four BT channels of TPS23880 independent of each other? Why do I find that there are interactions?

Dear sir:

Hi Fubo Ke!
The TPS23880 is an 8 channel device capable of supporting either 8 2-pair ports or 4 4-pair ports with Type 3 or Type 4 PDs. In 4-pair configuration, one RJ45 port uses 2 channels (ALTA and ALTB) to deliver power. The only point that is shared between channels is KSENSA,B,C,D. There is one KSENSX pin for every two channels. What sort of interactions are you seeing? How are your ports configured? Can you provide waveform captures that show the problem you're having?
Thank you,
Aidan Davidson
Hi Fubo Ke!
Were you able to obtain waveform captures that show the interactions you're experiencing?
