UCC27324: Question about the spec of UCC27324

Part Number: UCC27324
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC27524

Hi team,

My customer would like to use MAQ4124 (Vcc>=12V and Idd<2mA) for ultrasonic flowmeter application and I found ucc27324 is p2p with it. Could you please help to tell me is there any key difference or notice? Thanks very much!

Best Regards

  • Hello Zhengquan,

Thanks for your help promoting our drivers, my name is Mamadou Diallo, I am an AE in High Power Drivers' team.

MAQ device looks like a automotive grade dual channel low-side driver with a recommended operating conditions of up to 20V with a peak drive current rating of +/-3A.

Our equivalent p2p crosses are attached below. Notice that UCC27524 has EN (for pins 1 and 8) that can be left floating to make it compatible with UCC27324. I mention UCC27524 because it has wider supply range and better timing characteristics(rise/fall times, prop delay as well as wider operating temperature range.
