Hi,

Is IOUT(OUT pin current) affected on VIN- VOUT?

I would like to know if IOUT when VOUT>VIN is applied following specification approximately.

    Hello Kuramochi,

    OUT pin current is not expected to change when VOUT > VIN, typical value will still be close the ones mentioned above (in datasheet).

    For example with VOUT at 6V and VIN < 6V, it will be 95uA typical or close to it.

    VOUT at 75V and Vin at <75V, it will be 125uA typical or close to it.
