Hi Patrick,
My initial assumption is that these are indentations from the test socket when the device was screened before shipping. Depending on the type of socket, the pressure from the contacts could leave small marks on the solder pads.

Hello Rick,
thanks for your answer. But is it normal, that this small marks are on allmost every part of 500 pcs ?
Best Regards,
Patrick K
Hi Patrick,
The individual components of the socket and the IC packaging all have tolerances that could result in these indentations. These should not affect the performance or the solder-ability of the IC.
If any device is found to be defective, your local TI sales office can pursue a failure analysis report for further assurance.
