Hi,

we have got reference from Application note: TI Designs Automotive 1-kW 48-V BLDC Motor Drive Reference Design for below image.

As per mentioned in fig.21.

1) why Q2 and Q10 two parallel MOSFETs used in your application circuit . single MOSFET sufficient for same supply?

2) we have pre-charge circuit to charge capacitor to 100ms. is it possible to implement here(LM5060)?

Can you share your application use case and block diagram - is it for BLDC drive?

I am not very sure about the background of this design but a single FET would be sufficient.
