what different between TLV803S/LM809M3-2.93 and TPS3809K33DBVR?

Since there parts are the same package and Vth is very similar. 

Are they can be replace each other? which part we focus?

    Hi Chu,

    These are different parts but are both commodity supervisors. They are functionally similar but TLV803 has a few improvements such as a wider temperature range. For new designs, we actually recommend the TLV803E, a new device in our portfolio that is an improvement to our TLV803 family. This device features a significant Iq improvement as well as more options across specs.
