Hey Sir,

I am struggling to open use EM1402EVM with TMS570LS3137. I've configured all pins and codes to this type of TMS. But I am getting CRC error when i try to open gui. I am adding error pics. Where could that problem derived from ? How can I fix it ? Thanks.

(SAME ERROR REPEATS THEN GUI TURNS OFF). Waiting for your response.

Welcome to the forum!

Have you tried this without the microcontroller software running? You can start by disconnecting the microcontroller and just connecting the FTDI cable to the GUI and see if the communication to the bq76PL455A-Q1 device it is working correctly.

Please make sure you have FTDI drivers installed correctly (See section 6.1 of "bq76PL455A EVM and GUI Users Guide" document) and that you have follow the GUI installation steps correctly (section 6): http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/sluuba7a/sluuba7a.pdf

Yes i tried as you said. Problem is solved i just add delay and now it works properly. Thanks for your advise
