Can you verify what the operating Junction temperature is for the TPS40200-Q1? Looks like the datasheet only specifies this as an ambient temperature:

    Hi David,

    I looked at previous revision of the datasheet and it looks like it was never mentioned. I recommend taking the 125C abs max rating from catalog TPS40200 datasheet  Usually older generation devices will have the 125C abs max junction temperature where our newer generation devices will have some room up 150C abs max junction temperature.
