The AC / DC controller (LM 5039) was turned off from the on state using the measurement power supply. At this time, the following terminals of the LM5039 temporarily reverse the potential.
Do you need any measures in this situation?
Also, if it is necessary to take measures, can we connect diodes from RAMPpin and UVLOpin to VCCpin respectively?
<Relationship of potential>
・ Measurement power ON state: VCC, VIN> RAMP
・ When switching the measurement power supply from ON to OFF: VCC, VIN> RAMP
・ Measurement power ON state: VCC, VIN> UVLO
・ When switching the power supply for measurement from ON to OFF: VCC, VIN> UVLO
☆ 1 VCC and VIN terminals are shorted
