As our expert for BQ78350 is out office this week, may not provide the golden file. here is some suggestion: 

1. if you have the EVM board of BQ78350 and EV2400 in hand, you could download the R2 FW from the link http://www.ti.com/tool/BQ78350-R2-DEVICE-FW?keyMatch=bq78350&tisearch=Search-EN-Everything,  after running the bqstudio, program the R2 FW at programming page, and then refer to the R1 and R2 TRM to make the change accordingly in Data Flash page. and then could export the golden file from the Gold image icon. you could refer to the EVM user guide for more details. http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/slvu925c/slvu925c.pdf

2. you could refer to the TRM http://www.ti.com/general/docs/lit/getliterature.tsp?baseLiteratureNumber=sluuan7&fileType=pdf of BQ78350 section 18, it introduces the methods of change the configuration via command through communication interface.
