On the product page for the TLC6C5912-Q1, an alternative part (TLC6C5816-Q1) is recommended for new designs. Does this mean that Texas Instruments is soon going to discontinue the TLC6C5912-Q1? Will this also affect the TLC6C5912 (non-automotive version)?
