May I know is UCC23513 suitable to replace SI8261BBD-C-IS ?

Is it P2P directly replace?

    Hello Kevin, 

    Glad to hear from you again, this is Mamadou Diallo, I am supporting this device.

    It looks like SI is 4A reinforced isolated gate driver with 8V UVLO in SDIP-6 package type. 

    While UCC23513 is our current equivalent device with 4A drive current and compatible input structure, it is a 12V UVLO device available in SO6 package.

    I will close this thread and mark it as resolved and follow up with you via email for possible replacements.

    Please let us know about any other possible UCC23513 opportunities or inquiries.
