TPS7A4501-SP: RθJC(top): Junction-to-case (Top) thermal resistance

Is there a junction to case top thermal resistance for this part? We were planning to sink this part on the top to our enclosure.

Hey Michael,

Is the junction-to-top characterization parameter what you are looking for?

This is already in the datasheet.

Hi Daniel,

I was planning to heat sink the top of the component. From my understanding the theta JC would be more applicable for an external heat sink.

Hey Michael,

We were able to dig up the Theta JC (top).

The value will be 12.4 °C/W
