TINA/Spice/TPS548A20: Inductor fault current not limited as suggested in the data sheet

Part Number: TPS548A20
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

I have the trip voltage resistor set to 20K and equation 7 in the data sheet suggests that the inductor  current would limited to about 5A peak (3.3V in 1.8V out) The simulation with fast start up = 0 has the inductor current reaching 18.6A even when I apply a 0.1 ohm load. Is there a problem with the simulation or the device?
