TPS2HB08-Q1: Current Rating in Low Temperature Conditions of TPS2HB08-Q1 or TPS1HA08-Q1

Hi

My customer is developing heat seat module for car and below.
The spec required for load condition of heat seat is as follows.
I would like to propose our TPS2HB08-Q1, TPS1HA08-Q1.
However, if the load condition of 0.8 ohm is applied to the battery voltage of 12V, the simple calculation results in about 15A of current. The ambient temperature conditions are -40 degrees.
We have not yet obtained the conditions for loading at room temperature.
My question is whether TPS2HB08-Q1 or TPS1HA08-Q1 can be used for the above loading conditions required by the customer in low -40 degrees cold conditions.
As I know, at low ambient temperatures, Rds(on) of the product is lower and has more thermal margin, so I wonder if it is available.
Please advise me if it is okay if I suggest this product to the customer in consideration of other side effects.
Also, if you have a lower Rds(on) highside product in your development product, please introduce it.

    Thank you for your patience. Currently, we do not have any high side products with an Rdson less than 8mohms.

    Could you clarify whether in the application the load resistance is a constant R = 0.8ohms at 40C or if the load is the heating element that will increase in resistance as the temperature increases? In this latter case, resistance would increase, and as a result, load current would decrease.

    However, even at 15A of continuous current at -40C, we expect the TPS2HB08 device to work in this application due to the following load current ratings for the device:


    In regards to the Rdson margin, the Rdson of the TPS2HB08 device does not vary much between -40C and 20C which is illustrated in Figure 7 of the TPS2HB08 datasheet.
