TPS23753: TPS23753 data packet loss when powered by POE

Dear TI experts,

There is a question about TPS23753. Using micro USB power + network port to transmit data, testing is normal; use POE power + network port to transmit data, there will be a packet loss phenomenon after a period of time, the things sent will be garbled.

Hi Robin,

Your flyback may be creating too much noise on the input lines. Are you implementing the same differential filtering as TPS23753A EVM. Do you have a schematic you are willing to share.

Robin,

Your differential mode filtering looks good, but you should double check the saturation current of L5 to make sure that it's at least 0.5A.

Also I notice that you don't have a common mode choke. Typically if you can pass EMI, you shouldn't have data corruption. However, excessive common mode noise can also interfere with data. Have you done EMI testing on your design yet?
