TPS61099: Quiescent current in of fixed output devices

You could get smaller input current without load for fixed version, but may not stay at 1uA. (And we don't call it quiescent current.) 

For the quiescent current, I'll recommend you to know what the IQ is with the application note :http://www.ti.com/lit/an/slyt412/slyt412.pdf 

The feedback resistance should be considered as a light load. 

We also have a application note with details guidance for no load measurement:"Calculating and Measuring the No Load Input Current of the Boost Converter "http://www.ti.com/lit/an/slva828/slva828.pdf.   

Given that the feedback resistors are required for proper operation of the device (TPS61099) the customer is considering this current as part of the device's quiescent current for their evaluation. Our customer's typically evaluate at the solution level, not just the IC level.

If they switched over to a fixed version (TPS610994, for example) would the fixed solution's current be less than the adjustable's solution current?
