Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMR33630
P2P solutions to replace LM2576S-5.0/NOPB, LM2576S(X)-ADJ/NOPB, LM2576HVS-5.0/NOPB, because these devices are quite old.
If there are no P2P solutions, recommend replacements with best price.
Thank you.

User,
Any device in this package will be quite old so a P2P solution will not solve this issue.
For a replacement I recommend LMR33630. You can also search with your specs to find a more appropriate part.

AsLMR33630 maximum input voltage is only 36V, I need another device to replace LM2576HVS-5.0/NOPB.
Could you give me some advice?
Thank you.
Also , do you konw the rules of the part numbers of TI buck devices? Like LMR1 series to LMR3 series, and TPS4 serise to TPS6 series. What's the diffrence between these series?
User,
You can find a replacement part using the parametric search - link. That link is filtered to bucks, >40VIN, >3A. Use your specs to find the right part for you.
The naming is not a strict convention.
TPS comes from Texas Instruments where LM(_/R/S) comes from National Semiconductor (acquired in 2011).
The next number is typically the family of product.
The next numbers designate the voltage and current (LMR33630 is 36V, 3A) but sometimes they do not designate anything to do with the part.
For further unrelated inquiries please post a new question in a new thread. That way other users can more easily find answers to their questions if they have the same question.
Thanks,
-Sam
