Hi,
Can we connect pin22 to 3.3V?
Does it have any effect?

Hi User!
Per the TPS2388 datasheet Section 5, we recommend leaving the pin open.
A link to downloading the datasheet can be found here --> http://www.ti.com/product/TPS2388
However, connecting a 3.3V signal to pin 22 will not damage the IC. If the 3.3V signal is noisy, it may couple to adjacent pins and cause unusual behavior with the TEST1 pin (pin 23). It should not have major effects on the operation of the device, but we can't be sure as we haven't tested our device in this configuration.
Thank you for reaching out to us today and don't hesitate to let us know if you have any more questions!
