LM337L: LM337LZ/LFT3 TEMPERATURE Information on DS

Dear LDO Team,

LM337 has some descrepancies on temperature information on the datasheet: on recommended op conditions it is mentioned -25-125C whereas on orderable is downto 100C max and for LM337LZ/LFT3 temperature information is missing.

Could you please clarify?

Hi Nicola,

This is a good catch. From the datasheet, I could not find the answer for the narrow operation temperature listed with orderables. Please allow some time to do the investigation.

Hi Nicola,

Operating temperature and long term stability are both specified up to 125C. The ordering table has a typo.

We will fix this discrepancy in our ordering table. Thanks for highlighting this.
