TPS7H1101A-SP: High-side current sense accuracy

Part Number: TPS7H1101A-SP

Looking at the datasheet it seems like there's a significant difference between the specified MIN/TYP vs. the MAX  for the current mirror ratio used to provide current sensing at pin CS. I'm not going to be operating the part across all rated environmental conditions and was wondering if there's a way to back out what the variation would be for my expected range of operation (i.e. is accuracy pretty tight until one gets into one corner of the design space for instance high junction temperatures, high/low voltage corners, etc.).
