TPS51206: VTT Capacitor

Is there a lower limit for the VTT pin capacitor?

I would like to change the capacitor value to 4.7uF.

Condition:

VTT Capacitor is 4.7uF.

Regulator load is MT41K128M16JT-125 or NT5CC128M16JR-EK or H5TQ2G63FFR-PBC.

Hello,

The minimal cap for VTT is 10uF.

With 4.7uFcap, VTT voltage may not be stable at some condition.

I would like to reduce the inrush current. Is there any solution for this regulator?

Hello,

Can you turn on VDD voltage, pull S3 and S5 pins high first, then turn on VDDQ (VLDOIN) to reduce the inrush current during VTT startup?
