Hello
I just finished the set up of the evaluation board and the battery pack (16 cells) . A soon as I start the "polling", the board signal a COMP UV error for cell 1, 11, 15 and 16. All cells are equally charged and placed in series in the pack. I cannot understand how it can be possible to have COMP UV, even when using a tester on the cells involved they show to be perfectly balanced with the rest of them.
Could someone please suggest how to trouble shoot this issue? I looked through the Q&A without succes.
