I follow the 7.6.8 procedure, in step 2, the 7bit address is 58h, so add one write bit "0", so I need to send B0 right ? but when I send B0 , no ack signal return

Yes, please check our the hardware and make sure the I2C communication is right. I suggest to use our USB2ANY tool to test :http://www.ti.com/tool/USB2ANY?keyMatch=USB2ANY&tisearch=Search-EN-everything&usecase=part-number or you can also use our EVM board to test.

And have you sent the "Start" command before send the address command?
