Hi Sir,

Can you refer below design spec to see if we have suitable total solution can make it?

          Input Voltage: 20-100VAC

          Input Frequency: 100-330Hz

          Case Style: Open Frame

          Size: As small as possible.

          Output Rating: 12-13VDC @ 16A minimum (can be slightly derated at 20VAC input, The derating is linear from 80% at 20VAC input to 100% at 30VAC and higher input)

    Hi Edward,

    Thanks for bringing this opportunity to us. PMP5761 has some similarity to your customer's spec:http://www.ti.com/tool/PMP5761. This is a 40Vac to 90Vac with 84W output

    Since your customer needs 200W and ability to work at lower input voltage than this reference design, it may make sense to use a CCM PFC to make the peak currents in the PFC more manageable. 20Vac would not have enough headroom to use the HV startup function in UCC25630x or UCC25640x so a bias supply would  be needed. I would suggest UCC28180 for PFC, UCC256403 for LLC and UCC28C44 for auxiliary flyback.
