Hi team members.
Hello Rakesh
Thank you for your reply.
My explanation was missing.
Under what conditions should I use operating junction temperature (150 ° C) and transient junction temperature (165 ° C)?
Hello,
There are two temperature set points in TPS1663: Thermal regulation T(J_REG) and Thermal shutdown T(TSD) .
T(J_REG) is the junction temperature regulated by device at start-up if the device goes into thermal regulation due to large inrush current at start-up
T(TSD) is the junction temperature at which the device goes into shutdown due to excessive power dissipation during over load or over current condition.
For thermal calculations after power up or start-up, T(TSD) should be used.
