Hi Lin,

Looks fine.

Few comments:

Use resistor divider at PGTH pin to set the PGOOD threshold. Please refer Figure 52 in the datasheet.
Use TVS diode at the input and Schottky diode at the output. The part numbers are given in the EVM schematic http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/slvua44b/slvua44b.pdf

Hi Sirs,

Thanks for your reply.

Actually we use TPS25940 for general load switch application, other functions only use the current limit...
Could you help double check the unused features, whether the pin is connected correctly (floating, connect to GND or connect to Vcc)
Such as OVP.. (tied to GND ... directly connected to GND or through the resistance, if through the resistance how much resistance value)...

Hi Lin,

Please do the following for the unused pins

Connect DEVSLP, OVP, PGTH pins to ground
Leave PGOOD, IMON, FLT pins OPEN
