I read through the data sheet  several times and searched for information on recommended/suggested I2C for an initialization programing sequence, does anyone have a suggestion?

Second it was not clear if the device has registers etc pre-configured from the factory?

If some registers are configured do they also apply to the BQ25150 EVM?

    Hello Peter,

    The registers in the BQ25150 all have default OTP settings from the factory which are in the datasheet. Please look at the reset column of the register tables to see what the default values are.

    Any initialization needed will be application dependent if the default settings don't meet your system requirements and will need to be changed through I2C.
