Asking for the recommendation on load switch

Hi Team,

Customer is looking load switch with protection.

Would you please help provide the proper solion?

1. Low Rdson

2. maximum input/output voltage: 16V

3. low cost

 Would you please recommend the proper solution for this?

    Hi SHH,

    For your input voltage range, the load switch that will work is TPS22810. 

    The Ron is 79mOhm and is rated up to 18V and 3A. 

    Does this work for your application?

    Hi Shreyas,
    the electrical performance is not good .
    Just like TPS22915 with low Iq, Rdson and small package, but input/output maximum voltage should sustain 16V.
    The part of TPS22810 is high Rdson, high Iq and big package.

    Any more suggestion?

    Hi SHH,

    To reiterate your requirements: A similar device to the TPS22915 results in a specification of

    Iq = <10uA

    Ron = 37mOhm typical

    But also to have a Vin rating of atleast 16V in a WCSP package.

    Unfortunately, we do not have any devices that meet all these requirements in our current portfolio. Efuses(TPS2595) have the voltage rating but the quiescent current would be higher. They also have slightly bigger packaging.
