Hi,

Customers are designing with calculator.
Customers have questions about FET selection.
This tool can select FET quantity.
However, even if the quantity is set to 2, the FET type name remains the same.

Does it mean that CSD18543Q3A can not stand in case of one?
Could you tell me the background that can adjust the number with this tool with the same FET type name.

The MOSFET part number is specified in the Design tab of the LM25145 quickstart calculator. The number of FETs in the BOM tab is only used for component area calculations.

Yusuke,

Yes, you can insert the parameters for paralleled FETs by halving the resistance and doubling the charge and capacitance values.
