Hi

TPS16630 is not available in DigiKey and also not available in large quantities in Mouser. I need large quantity of TPS16630 IC with MOQ 1. Is this IC in Active state. If it is active, could you please recommend some distributors(with MOQ 1)?

For sample, I need 100 ICs

For mass production I need 1000 ICs

For 1000pcs we will get this device stocked at Digikey and other distributors.
