Hi Team,

one of our customer using Standalone BMS 10Cells Bq77915. improper cell balancing happening. they are not getting cell balancing of all cell. few of cells showing correctly others are showing faulty condition.

Yashwitha,

I have reviewed your schematic and have some suggestions:

RCTRD/RCTRC (R24 and R31 in your schematic) need to be a value of 10M Ohm.
R25 should be a value of 10 M Ohm.
The OCDP pin should be connected to a local ground, like the TS and VTB pins.

As for the cell balancing issue, make sure you have the following conditions:

The cells must be charging for cell balancing to work. Refer to section 9.3.8 of the datasheet for the exact conditions.
The cells need to reach a value of 3.8V for balancing to start.
