Dear ALL

Pls help to suggest to improved this case .

customer used UCD3138 in CCM PFC circuit . output PFC is 950W

The PFC is reset at low temperature -40C .

Condition -40C : The unit not opeartion then still in chamber -40C 2 Hrs. after 2 Hrs. is applie AC input voltage to the unit .

Which UCD device is used in this design?

The reason for reset is complicated, can be caused by poor PCB layout, firmware bug, or other reasons. Please check the PCB payout strictly follows UCD3138 family practical design guideline: http://www.ti.com/lit/an/slua779b/slua779b.pdf. We have found most of the reset issues are caused by customer didn't follow our guide line.

Also please contact a local TI FAE to help you, you may need onsite debug, it is not feasible to solve reset issue through E2E.
