BQ4050: Why my BQstudio display like this：No acknowledge from device.

Hello,

I connected the bq4050 with EV2400.But the screen  always display the : No acknowledge from device.From the picture below we could see :The BQstudio has detected the bq4050.Why No acknowledge from device ？

In addition to this，I start to log it with 1A discharge current.Then BQstudio gengerate a log.err log like the picture below?why ?

please review my schematic of bq4050 ,Is there any error????

    You have to adjust your cell config correctly to prevent the gauge from shutting down. Please set CC1, CC0 to 01, this will change your config to a 1s config like your schematic shows.

    Thank you for your help.

    As written in  the bq4050 Technical Reference Datasheet :

    CC1, CC0 (Bit 1,0): Cell Count

    1,1 = 4 cell

    1,0 = 3 cell (default)
    0,1 = 2 cell
    0,0 = 1 cell

    So My question is:

    1:Setting CC1, CC0 to 01 will change the Cell Count to 2cell.What is it for?

    2:Another question ,What do you mean by that "this will change your config to a 1s config like your schematic shows"??

    1. Ah, sorry. That was a typo, I meant 00 instead of 01. CC1, CC0 set to 00 is 1 cell.

    2. Your schematic shows a 1s config, I was thinking your config in df was not set to 1s and that was causing your issues.
