   Please help check TPS2379+UCC2897A SCH and the below issue, thank you!

Attach C30, Generating common ground interference. but no attach C30, ESD very sensitive, 1KV ESD can not pass.

    Hi Xiaowei,

    C30 should be helping with EMI. If there any common mode noise, it is coming from C14. Did you try unpopulated FB1 and FB2 and installing L1?

    For ESD, do you have a true earth ground connection, usually the bob smith termination and/or secondary will connect to earth ground so ESD has a controlled path the ground. Can you confirm? Where are injecting the ESD? Where is the return connection of the ESD gun connected to? Is it earth or somewhere else on your board?
