I am working on bq4050(CEDV gauge) BMS for the last couple of months. I am able to get the required parameters for golden file creation and finally, I Updated the FCC value to the desired value.
I have gone through the steps in this video (https://training.ti.com/bq40z50-setup-and-going-production) for mass production of chips.
I have a few doughts :
1. Golen file used in the mass production can able to update the FCC value or not?
2. If the golden file is not able to Update FCC, then what are other alternatives to update FCC?
note: Our application is not suitable for the field update of the FCC.
3. Do I need to run the qualified discharge for each pack in the mass production also?
In order to run the qualified discharge for each pack, it is really too difficult and time-consuming process.
If possible, provide me with a chip number, that should reduce the all-over headache mentioned above.
