LM1085: ESD specification

Hi

I would like to know the ESD specification of the LM1085ISX-ADJ.

On DATASHEET, it seems that only the HBM value came out.

Can you provide HBM (Human Body Model), CDM (Charged Device Model)?

    Hi Kim,

    I checked the datasheet, and qualification summary. Due to some unknown reason, there is no qualification summary available for this device. Please allow some time for me to investigate this issue and I will get back to you early next week.

    Hi Kim,

    I have searched for a qualification report on this device. Unfortunately, there is no CDM data available.  This device was designed in 1990s and at that time, CDM may not be a requirement. For newer devices, we normally have CDM and HBM.
